Where are the kid recliners made?
All of our chairs are proudly made in the USA!
Is Shipping Really Free?
Yes, all of our kids chairs are shipped at no charge to anywhere in the continental U.S.
How do I know what the right size chair for my child is?
Child recliners are generally suited to children from 2 to 9 years of age and between 30 and 100 pounds. Big Kids chairs are generally suited for children from 2 to 10 years of age and between 30 and 120 pounds.
When will I receive my order?
Quick Ship items ship in 1-2 business days!
Our chairs are handmade to order and usually ship in 3 to 3 business days via Fed Ex. Please allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for delivery to the midwest, 3 days for the rest of the US, and 4 days for the Pacific Northwest. Times may increase as holidays approach. “Usually ships in” is provided as an estimate of when that product generally ships. This time may vary depending on the shipping company, inventory levels or production schedules which can change without notice. “Arrival times” to you will vary depending on the destination. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, etc.
Big Kids Recliners and Modern recliners will ship within 2 business days of purchase. You will usually receive these items in 3 to 5 business days.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchase?
No sales tax will be added at checkout.
How does your shipping & customer service compare to other web sites?
We do everything possible to make sure that your purchasing experience is fantastic. Our chairs ship faster than most other web sites. This is especially true with our Quick Ship Items. If you are thinking about purchasing from another site, be sure to ask how long it will take for you to receive your order. On second thought, why buy from another site? How will my order be shipped?
Orders will be shipped via UPS or Federal Express Ground Service. No signature is required and chair will be left at given address.
What is the quality and safety of your merchandise?
Internet Products Division, LLC sells only high quality items. Our chairs are made with a solid hardwood frame, ample cushioning and springs for comfort and durability. The footrest mechanism is covered with a cloth material to help prevent little fingers from getting pinched. For safety reasons our chairs do not have a level to recline. Another safety feature is that our chairs are made to recline with alittle help from an adult so that a child can not easily fall backwards. This feature will loosen over time as the chair is used more and more. Exclusive to Dozydotes, all rocker recliners have a stabilizing bar to stop the chair from rocking when in the reclined position. We are constantly looking for the best products for your children. What if I need to return my order?
On the rare occasion where there is a problem with your order please call our customer service center at (810) 931-2846. You may be asked to verify damage by e-mailing pictures to us to help clarify how we should take care of the damaged item. Please inspect your package as soon as it arrives to notify us of any shipping damage. We have a very short window to notify shipping companies of damage and will not be able to help you out if you do not inspect your package as soon as you receive it. We will replace any orders with manufacturer defects. If you've changed your mind about the order, please get a Return Authorization Number and return address from our customer service department or call (810) 931-2846. We do not cover return shipping. We cannot accept returns without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Arrangements for returns must be made within 30 days after the receipt of your order. Restocking and shipping fees do not apply to damaged/defective items. Only 1 replacement chair will be shipped. All Shipping fees incurred by Internet Products Division, LLC are the customer's responsibility even if shipped during a Free Shipping special for items that are returned for reasons other than damaged/defective. A 20% restocking fee may also apply. Returned items must be in NEW resaleable condition and boxed in a good box so that the item does not get returned to us damaged. All returns must be authorized and have a return authorization number. Please refer to our return policy or call us if you have any questions. Please notify us of any damages due to shipping within 2 days of delivery. **All CLEARANCE items are sold as is and non-refundable.** All orders placed between Nov. 1st - Dec. 31st will be warranted with our original warranty until Jan. 31, 2011. This does not cover shipping damage! Please open and inspect your product as soon as it is received. Please call us to report any shipping damages within 2 days of delivery or we may not be able to provide a refund.
Can you ship my chair Next Day or 2nd Day?
Due to the Size and Weight of our products, Ground Delivery is the only delivery available.
How can I contact someone in customer service?

How do I clean the Micro Fiber Material?
Fabrics that are lightly soiled due to wear can be cleaned using lukewarm water and a mild detergent or soap. They are best cleaned by using a soft sponge or cloth and rubbing in a circular motion, pat dry with a soft cloth, and brush in the direction of the nap. Medium to heavily soiled fabrics can be cleaned with a commercial water or foam type carpet and upholstery cleaner, (ie Shout, Carbona, Bissel, Armorall, Blue Luster, Turtlewax, Glamorene.) Do not dry clean and do not use any solvent (petroleum-based) cleaning agents (ie K2R, lighter fluid, carbon tet or perchlorethyline.) Spills should be blotted up with a towel. Do not rub micro fiber fabrics too hard or you could damage the fibers.
Chairs with Crypton Super Fabrics can be easily cleaned using Crypton Upolstery Kits. If you do not have this available you can use an enzyme based detergent (ie. mini Tide packet) and water.
What is the warranty?
Frames and mechanisms are warranted for 90 days (fabrics for 30 days) from the delivery date to be free of product defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not apply to normal product usage. All orders should be immediately inspected upon arrival. If at that time you notice any shipping damage you must describe this on the Bill of Lading retained by the driver and notify us either by email or phone. At that time, please e-mail pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org or call (810) 931-2846. On the rare occasion where there is a problem with your order, please call our customer service center within 2 days of receipt. We will replace any orders with manufacturer defects. We may request digital pictures at this time. If you do not document damage at the time of delivery we will not be able to assist you with future claims.
When will I receive my order?
An email with Fed Ex tracking will be sent once your chair has shipped.
