We at KidRecliners.com want to give our best wishes and prayers to Mr. Perkins in his new pursuits.  We are big fans of his work and huge fans of Good Morning America, especially co-owner Rene' Campbell, who could barely contain herself when she heard the news.  Rene' flew out to New York and was given an inside tour of the Good Morning America set and ABC Studios by the Good Morning America staff.

During her visit, Rene' was allowed to go back stage and wait in the "Green" room, where that day's guests wait for their turn on the show.  In the Green Room she met Shakira's band, who later performed on the show, Tammi Menendez, wife of prisoner Erik Menendez and Joel Siegel, movie correspondent for ABC.  During the show Rene' watched on stage from behind the cameras and had a truly unique view of what it takes to produce a show like Good Morning America.  After the show Rene' was invited by Diane Sawyer to attend the going away party for Tony Perkins where she was photographed above.
